Ari Zartarian
Ari Zartarian is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education and real estate. He studied philosophy and literature at the University of Michigan, followed by literary studies at Harvard and international business in Kyoto, Japan. After earning his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University and passing the Michigan bar, Ari transitioned to real estate, specializing in multifamily acquisitions. He later founded Folio Offices, a coworking space with locations in Ferndale and Berkley, Michigan. Today, Ari oversees multifamily developments, blending his expertise in law, business, and global perspectives to deliver exceptional results.
Chief Financial Officer
Josh Goldberg
Josh Goldberg is the CFO of Legacy Equities LLC, based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he oversees financial operations, real estate management, and employee operations. A licensed attorney with expertise in finance and real estate law, Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oakland University and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating magna cum laude.
Prior to Legacy Equities, he gained experience at Beztak Properties and Morgan Stanley, specializing in financial analysis and asset management. Outside of work, Josh enjoys weightlifting, running, and spending time with his goldendoodle, Charlie.
Executive Operations Manager
Talia Zartarian
Talia Zartarian is the Executive Operations Manager at Legacy Equities LLC in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She oversees office operations, apartment leasing, property renovation budgets, and team management. With a background in business marketing and a decade of experience running a clothing store, Talia brings entrepreneurial expertise and strong communication skills to her role, driving high occupancy rates and operational success.

Michael Goldberg
Michael Goldberg is a Senior Partner at Freedman & Goldberg C.P.A.’s in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with over 40 years of experience in accounting and finance. A Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) and partner in Legacy Equities and Countryside Group Investments, he specializes in tax planning and deal structuring. Michael is a published author on tax topics and a member of AICPA and MACPA. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising and sports.

Mark Zartarian
Mark G. Zartarian is Chief Corporate Counsel, combining extensive legal expertise with a passion for education, including teaching contract law at Wayne State University Law School. A published author on topics like taxation and conservation easements, Mark's work reflects his deep knowledge of complex legal matters. He has studied at the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Wayne State University, graduating magna cum laude with a background in economics and mathematics. Outside work, Mark enjoys powerlifting, chess, and volunteering for charitable organizations.
